As a software developer, I always love to take on new challenges and solve problems with technology. That’s why I was excited when I got the opportunity to work on Elevator Plus, a project that aimed to revolutionize the elevator service industry.

Scheduling and dispatching technicians to different locations and tasks, while ensuring that they have the right skills, tools, and information.
Creating and sending work orders, quotations, and reports, while avoiding errors, delays, and disputes.
Tracking and monitoring field and sales team performance, while optimizing routes, costs, and resources.
Communicating and engaging with customers, while providing them with timely and quality service, and collecting their feedback and satisfaction.
These are just some of the challenges that elevator service companies face every day. And if they don’t have an efficient and effective system to manage them, they risk losing their customers, their reputation, and their profits.
That’s why I decided to build Elevator Plus, a software solution that can simplify and automate the entire elevator service management process, and help elevator service companies grow their business and achieve their goals.
The Technologies Behind Elevator Plus -
To build Elevator Plus, I used the latest and best technologies available in the market, such as:
MongoDB: A NoSQL database that can store and process large amounts of data, and provide fast and flexible queries and updates.
Flutter: A cross-platform framework that can create beautiful and responsive mobile apps for iOS and Android, using a single codebase and a rich set of widgets and features.
Amazon AWS: A cloud computing platform that can provide scalable and reliable infrastructure, and a variety of services, such as S3 for storage, EC2 for computing, Lambda for serverless functions, and more.
S3: A storage service that can store and retrieve any amount of data, and provide high availability, durability, and security.
Testing automation: A process that can automate the testing of the software, and ensure its quality, functionality, and performance.
These are just some of the technologies that I used to build Elevator Plus. I also used other tools and frameworks, such as nest js, Express, React, Redux, and more, to create a robust and user-friendly software solution.
